You must provide your legal name, a valid email address, and accurate personal details when creating your account.
False information, fake profiles, or impersonation of any person is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent ban from Cucumber with no refund.
Your safety and the safety of fellow travelers depends on everyone being who they say they are.
Cucumber brings strangers together. You are expected to treat every fellow traveler with dignity and respect — regardless of gender, age, religion, or background.
Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior toward other travelers will result in immediate removal from the trip and a permanent ban.
The golden rule: treat others the way you want to be treated on a trip.
We collect your name, email, phone number, age group, and gender to create your profile and match you with the right rooms.
We collect payment information through Razorpay — we never store your card details directly.
We collect messages and chat data within rooms to ensure community safety.
Your data is used only to run Cucumber — to show you relevant rooms, connect you with travel buddies, and process your payments.
We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not show ads. Cucumber is a paid product, not an advertising platform.
We may send you WhatsApp or email updates about your upcoming trips. You can opt out anytime.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
Full trip payment of ₹2,999 is refundable at 90% if cancelled 30 or more days before the trip date. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.
In case of trip cancellation by Cucumber, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.
— No alcohol or substance use during Cucumber-organized travel days without group consent — Always inform the trip captain of any medical conditions before the trip — Follow all local laws and regulations at the destination — Do not share personal contact details of fellow travelers without their consent — Any criminal behavior will be reported to the authorities immediately
